Deze schitterende en bijzonder stijlvolle Mercedes-Benz W111 280 SE Coupé is werkelijk een schoonheid om te zien. Dat komt niet alleen door de unieke en bijzondere Copper Metallic kleur van de carrosserie, maar vooral door het prachtige design van deze duitse klassieker. De auto is van 1969 en daarmee een van de latere coupé uitvoeringen van de Mercedes-Benz W111. Het was voor die tijd niet alleen een zeer luxe auto, maar ook een auto waarbij diverse veiligheidssystemen (waaronder rolkooi en kreukelzone) werden toegepast.
Deze schitterende Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Coupé is nog in zeer goede en bijna perfecte staat. Het lakwerk is nog zeer goed en vertoond nog een bijzonder mooie glans. De auto is in de jaren 90 volledig gerestaureerd en daarna met veel zorg onderhouden. Ook de chroomdelen en de sierdelen zijn nog in hele goede conditie. Alle carrosseriedelen sluiten zeer mooi aan en ook de portieren sluiten degelijk en solide.
Ook het interieur is bijzonder mooie en originele conditie. De zwart skai-lederen stoelbekleding is nog in zeer goede en nette staat. Ook de sierdelen in het interieur zijn nog in prima staat. Het dashboard is nog schitterend en alle instrumenten werken naar behoren.
Zoals gezegd, de auto is met zeer veel zorg onderhouden. Er is een gedeeltelijke onderhoudshistorie aanwezig. In het jaar 2000 is de auto vanuit Zwitserland geïmporteerd in Nederland. Het zwitserse kentekenbewijs is ook nog aanwezig. In Nederland is vervolgens het motorblok volledig gereviseerd. Hier zijn nog een aantal foto’s van beschikbaar. This beautiful and very stylish Mercedes-Benz W111 280 SE Coupé is truly a beauty to behold. This is not only due to the unique and special Copper Metallic color of the body, but mainly due to the beautiful design of this German classic. The car is from 1969 and therefore one of the later coupé versions of the Mercedes-Benz W111. For that time it was not only a very luxurious car, but also a car where various safety systems (including roll cage and crumple zone) were used.
This beautiful Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Coupé is still in very good and almost perfect condition. The paintwork is still very good and still has a very nice shine. The car was fully restored in the 1990s and then maintained with great care. The chrome parts and the trim parts are also still in very good condition. All body parts connect very nicely and the doors also close properly and solidly.
The interior is also very beautiful and original condition. The black skai leather seat upholstery is still in very good and neat condition. The trim parts in the interior are also still in good condition. The dashboard is still beautiful and all instruments work properly.
