Mercedes-Benz 190SL 1960 Unidad muy especial. 19.230 kms. Blanco con interior cuero azul claro y restaurado en su totalidad por el especialista valenciano Saica entre 2010-2012. En 2015 este vehículo llega a nuestro taller, después de que su propietario conociera el éxito obtenido por un Mercedes 190SL preparado por nosotros para correr la edición 2009 del Rally Montecarlo Historique en el que consiguió un noveno puesto absoluto en la general, posiblemente la mejor clasificación de un 190SL en este Rally de todos los tiempos. La unidad que ofrecemos en venta tiene una preparación mecánica muy bien integrada visualmente con motor subido a 2.2 litros, pistones y bielas forjadas, culata mejorada carburación Weber, radiador de aluminio, cambio manual de 5 velocidades y frenos de disco delanteros ventilados, entre otras mejoras. El resultado un 190SL con prestaciones próximas a la siguiente generación de los SL, el Pagoda, y con una estabilidad y capacidad de frenado excelente, y en el que desaparecen por completo el único hándicap que suelen “quejarse” los propietarios y conocedores del modelo, prestaciones algo justas y frenos (tambores) a los que hay que acostumbrarse. Un 190SL excepcional, que conserva la esencia del modelo, totalmente restaurado y con una preparación mecánica bien integrada que podría pasar desapercibida para el profano. Mercedes White color with light blue leather interior and totally restored by Saica specialist betwen 2010-2012, this car arrived to Cochera workshop in 2015 because its owner had known about the succesfull of another Cochera´s racing Mercedes-Benz 190SL that participated in 2009 Montecarlo Historique Rally edition getting the 9th general position at the end of the rallly, probably the best position of a 190SL in all Montecarlo Rally History. The car for sale has been mechanically updated with a 2.2 Mercedes motor, forged connecting rod and pistons, racing motor head with Weber carburattor, aluminium radiator, 5 speed gearbox and front disc brakes, betwen others improvements.
