2000 CS

BMW 2000 CS (Typ 120) vendido nuevo en Barcelona en Julio de 1966 y conservando su matrícula provincial original. Unidad con caja de cambios manual marcando en su cuentakilómetros 75.393km.
Unidad con carrocería Karmann de color metalizado Gris “Polaris” (código 057)  con interior en tela azul en muy buen estado. Detalles como el salpicadero en madera, la Radio Blaupunkt original, las puertas sin marco, el mítico “Hofmeister Kink” ….completan un interior muy elegante y con una patina muy atractiva.
El motor se restauró hace poco (Noviembre del 2021 con 75.167km), se cambió el embrague y se renovaron los frenos. El depósito de gasolina también es nuevo. El vehículo conserva sus adhesivos y placas identificativas originales. Presenta algunos puntos de óxido superficiales en la carrocería, tal como se aprecia en las fotografías.
Esta unidad ha tenido 4 propietarios desde nuevo. El primero de 1966 a 1984; el segundo de 1984 a 1993; el tercero de 1993 a 2019 y el último hasta el día de hoy.
El modelo 2000CS forma parte de la famosa “Neue Klasse” de BMW y estuvo en producción entre 1965 y 1970, años en los que se fabricaron 9.999 unidades. Conocido como Type 120, fue el modelo que posteriormente dio pie a la famosa serie E9 de BMW y que con los años desembocaría en la serie 6.
Este 2000CS cuenta con una caja de marchas manual de 4 relaciones y el famoso motor M10 de 4 cilindros de BMW que para esta versión entrega 120cv. Es el mismo motor que el cotizado BMW 2002 Ti

Karmann bodywork in metallic Gray “Polaris” color (code 057) with blue cloth interior in very good condition. Details such as the wooden dashboard, the original Blaupunkt Radio, the frameless doors, the mythical “Hofmeister Kink” … complete a very elegant interior with a very attractive patina.
The engine was recently restored (november 2021 with 75.167km), the clutch was replaced and the brakes were renewed. The fuel tank is also new. The vehicle retains its original stickers and identification plates. It has some superficial rust spots on the body, as can be seen in the photographs.
This unit has had 4 owners since new. The first from 1966 to 1984; the second from 1984 to 1993; the third from 1993 to 2019 and the last to this day.
The 2000CS model is part of BMW's famous "Neue Klasse" and was in production between 1965 and 1970, years in which 9,999 units were manufactured. Known as the Type 120, it was the model that later gave rise to the famous BMW E9 series and that over the years would lead to the 6 series.
This 2000CS has a 4-speed manual gearbox and the famous BMW M10 4-cylinder engine that delivers 120hp for this version. It is the same engine as the coveted BMW 2002 Ti.
