Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Despite multiple written and phone attempts to establish contact, the VAT deposit has not been refunded for over two months. Emails go unanswered, and while callbacks are promised over the phone, they never happen. In the end, we were forced to contact the Slovenian tax authorities to obtain guidance and relevant contacts regarding a potential double taxation claim. We provided all required evidence for the refund, including a DHL-signed proof of delivery confirming receipt of the original documents, a scanned copy of the Slovenian registration certificate proving the vehicle was registered in Slovenia, and confirmation of VAT payment in Slovenia. Despite submitting all of this documentation, the refund has still not been processed. Our initial contact person, Sarah Bomm, stopped responding to emails entirely after the vehicle was sold, and both of her phone numbers became unreachable. The only person who eventually replied was apparently the head of the dealership, Annisson Dressman, who took more than a month to respond while repeatedly promising to get back to us. A response was only received after we escalated the matter and mentioned involving the German tax authorities. The case concerns a BMW 3 Series, which makes the entire situation even more disappointing given the expected level of professionalism. The condition of the vehicle upon delivery was also highly problematic. We were provided with a DEKRA report stating that all damages were documented. However, after taking over the vehicle, we discovered that it was in significantly worse condition: missing equipment (floor mats, tire compressor), as well as a windshield damaged in multiple places. None of these issues were transparently communicated or fully disclosed in the report. We import 300+ vehicles per year from Germany to Slovenia and Croatia and have been doing so for over 8 years. We have never encountered such an unprofessional company. As a company director, I find such behavior completely unacceptable, and in my opinion, these kinds of unfair business practices have no place in professional international trade. At this point, we can only strongly advise other international buyers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Based on our experience, the level of reliability, communication, and transparency is far below what is expected in cross-border transactions. They initially appeared to be a potential partner for future cooperation, but in reality, they proved to be anything but that.

Kommentar zum Händler: „Beim ersten Kontakt wurde ich trotz Auswahl eines bestimmten Beraters von einer anderen Person angerufen. Der Umgangston war bereits hier unangenehm und auf meine Frage nach einem kleinen Preisnachlass wurde direkt ablehnend reagiert. Am nächsten Tag bat ich erneut darum, von dem ursprünglich ausgewählten Ansprechpartner kontaktiert zu werden, jedoch rief wieder dieselbe Person an und wurde am Telefon sogar unfreundlich. Daraufhin machte ich deutlich, dass ich so nicht angesprochen werden möchte und lieber mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter sprechen würde, zumal das Fahrzeug für meine Tochter gedacht war. Schließlich meldete sich der gewünschte Ansprechpartner und wir vereinbarten einen Termin. Ich informierte vorab per E-Mail über unsere Anreise, jedoch wurde vor Ort behauptet, die Nachricht sei nicht angekommen und das Fahrzeug war nicht vorbereitet. Nach Wartezeit konnten wir eine kurze Probefahrt machen. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass das Fahrzeug bereits reparierte Schäden sowie weitere Mängel aufweist, die in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt waren. Zudem wurde keine gesetzliche Gewährleistung angeboten. Stattdessen wurde uns eine kostenpflichtige Zusatzgarantie für 800 € empfohlen. Trotz der genannten Punkte war keinerlei Preisnachlass möglich. Insgesamt hinterlässt dies keinen kundenorientierten Eindruck. Transparenz, Kommunikation und Service entsprechen aus meiner Sicht nicht den Erwartungen.“
