I have been trying to purchase a vehicle from SAGA Saint-Ghislain for nearly two weeks. It has been virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone, and after being passed around through a series of emails, I was eventually informed that the vehicle had already been sold. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had twice requested both the invoice and the procurement contract, yet neither was provided. After all that time and effort, discovering that the vehicle was no longer available was extremely disappointing. Overall, this has been a complete waste of time and has left me questioning the company's customer service and business practices.
