Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. The car arrived without the boot parcel shelf, an essential part that was not mentioned or shown in the listing. When I contacted the seller, they refused to take responsibility or contribute to the cost of replacing it. I expected better communication and customer support, especially given the otherwise smooth purchase process. I now have to spend extra money to replace a part that should have been included with the car.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points: this was an export sale, meaning the vehicle was sold as seen, in its known condition. Your driver carried out a full inspection of the car before payment, and we granted a discount of more than 20% (almost €3,000) based on its condition. Très honnête et transparant! La voiture a eu un soucis dans le moteur qui était pas réparable donc ils nous ont communiqué. La satisfaction du client est très important pour eux et ils étaient vraiment désolé. Rembourser de l'acompte direct.
