Communication was transparent. I received no advice from them but open communication after my precise questions. I was willing to buy that car via internet without phisically inspecting the car. To limit the risk, I asked them to confirm: that the vehicle has no visible defects and/or functional defects. While waiting for two days for answer on this question other buyer bought the vehicle. I am of the opinion that this two days waiting is too much for such essentiall information. I lost opportunity to buy the vehicle in the meantime.
