was assisted by a gentleman named Willy. Since Thursday, he had known that I wanted to pick up the car on Monday. The payment had also been transferred and confirmed on Thursday. Because the car was rather unusual, I flew 1,600 km to collect it. When I arrived, I was informed that the car would only be ready in three days due to deregistration and insurance-related formalities — procedures which in Germany normally take about three hours. In the end, the car was ready after two days (the following evening). The car had severely damaged paintwork, which was neither mentioned in the description nor visible in the photos. This is a major issue, especially considering that the car has a satin paint finish. The brake discs are warped. In addition, on May 1st, they attempted to sell me the car on winter tires — something that was also never mentioned in the listing — despite knowing that I intended to drive it 1,600 km home. Eventually, I was sold a set of wheels with used summer tires, which originally belonged with the car. The pricing situation was rather strange as well. Four of my Italian friends who spoke with the salesman were quoted a price €200 lower than the one Mr. Willy insisted on during the transaction. The amount itself is insignificant, but the gesture was unpleasant and disappointing. The car had clearly been smoked in. It smells strongly of cigarettes and requires detailing and ozone treatment. Overall, my experience with this dealer was devastating. However, I must also say that there were people there who genuinely tried to rescue the situation. Ms. Klaudia, who was the only person that really took care of us, and Mr. Marco, who seemed to be the only one speaking English. I would sincerely like to thank both of them.
