Dear Customer, we sincerely regret your experience, which we respect. However, we believe that the rating given does not accurately reflect what actually occurred. First of all, the initial contact took place by phone on 21/04. Our staff does not speak German, but only Italian and English. Subsequently, you were assisted by an intermediary, with whom we had several conversations. However, communication proved to be complex, also due to the difficulty of managing technical and operational aspects through a third party. Regarding transport costs, this is a service we do not normally provide, as our customers usually collect the vehicle directly from our premises, verifying its condition in person. Upon your request, an indicative estimate of the costs was provided, clearly specifying that this was not a direct service. Alternatively, we suggested that you arrange the transport independently. At a later stage, we were asked to deliver the vehicle abroad prior to payment. We expressed our willingness to accommodate this request, but clarified that in such a case the transport would need to include one of our representatives accompanying the vehicle, and that the costs would be significantly higher, to be defined. For that reason, we insisted that you come to Ferrara to see and collect the vehicle. Another aspect concerns the regulations for exporting and registering the vehicle. While we are familiar with Italian regulations, we cannot provide assistance regarding the specific registration procedures in Austria, which remain the responsibility of the buyer. In light of the difficulties encountered in managing these aspects, after 3 days of conversation we deemed it appropriate to discontinue the negotiation on the afternoon of 23/04. We regret the outcome. However, we would like to emphasize that for all international sales, export and registration procedures have always been handled directly by the buyers. Finally, we would like to point out that the vehicle was already reserved on the afternoon of 24/04 by another customer, at exactly the price stated in the advertisement (excluding ownership transfer costs).
