I may have asked difficult questions or demands, but I am buying something expensive and in a remote business, we have to be sure of everything and we have to question everything, we are not seeing the vehicle on site and after the acquisition, the vehicle will not be close to the dealership, in order to resolve any issue that arises. In the end, after lengthy negotiations to agree on the price to be paid, sending the identification document to formalize the contract, the seller told me that another colleague had already reserved the vehicle, which he could and should have seen when he spoke to me initially or during our negotiations and despite me having asked for the IBAN several times to make a reservation, it was never sent to me.

Abholtermin nicht eingehalten Fahrzeug nicht aufbereitet bei Abholung.. Verkäufer bei Abholung mit anderen Kunden beschäftigt.Sehr ärgerlich wenn man hunderte Km fährt um Fahrzeug abzuholen. RG auch nicht fertig.Kein Preisnachlass trotz der Umstande.
