I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I travelled all the way from Belgium after being told by their representative Peter that everything was ready and that I could collect the car. I was on the road all night and arrived in the morning, expecting a smooth pickup based on their confirmation. I waited there the entire day. Their bank transfer processing is extremely slow — transfers that normally take one or two hours took almost a full day with this company. Because the transfer was not completed, I was forced to stay there overnight as well, and the process was delayed to the next day. Even though the major part of the payment had already been received and only a very small remaining amount was pending, the owner refused to cooperate or offer any practical solution. Instead of helping, they did absolutely nothing to move things forward. What makes this worse is their attitude. They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Rather than finding a solution, they shift the blame onto the customer. You can easily find yourself left alone, waiting all day without support. Both the owner and the staff were very disrespectful, unhelpful, and unwilling to acknowledge any fault. No professionalism, no customer care, and no problem-solving mindset at all. Be very careful before dealing with this company.

Großer Händler, besonders für Wiederverkäufer und Export. Für den Privatkunden wurde mir zu viel Risiko auf den Käufer übertragen, d.h. eine Durchsicht sollte erst nach dem Kauf durchgeführt werden („Katze im Sack…“). Daher habe ich von Besuch/Verhandlung/Kauf abgesehen

Es kommen Kosten schon vor dem Kauf in die Verhandlung. Im Inserat steht TÜV geprüft und Unfallfrei. Bei weiterer Recherche wird ein neuer TÜV gemacht und die entstandenen Mängel in der eigenen Werkstatt behoben. Ausserdem wurden vorn unterschiedliche Lackstärken angegeben, welche für einen Unfallschaden sprechen. Eine Probefahrt ist nur auf den Hof mit 20 - 30 km/h möglich.

Ich hatte Interesse an diesem Auto, aber Ihr Autohaus nimmt keine Fahrzeuge an, die älter als 8 Jahre sind, während mein Auto aus dem Jahr 2014 stammt. Ich wollte mein Auto in Zahlung geben und Ihren SEAT Leon bekommen, aber das war aufgrund des Alters meines Autos nicht möglich.
