Es gab kaum Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und wir mussten während des gesamten Prozesses andauernd das Auto umparken oder wurden daraufhin hingewiesen - das war sehr störend, zudem auch nicht immer höflich. Auch gibt es offensichtlich permanent Schwierigkeiten mit der Echtzeitüberweisung der Kunden. Wenn das bekannt ist, sollte es vielleicht Alternativen zur Bezahlung geben (?)

Das Auto entspricht der Beschreibung, alles verlief innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitraums, die Möglichkeit zum Online-Kauf, die Lieferung nach Hause, die Freundlichkeit und Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter – ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann den Service weiterempfehlen Autohero.

My experience with Autohero was highly disappointing. They failed to keep their delivery promises, which resulted in unnecessary hotel stays and expensive taxi rides – none of which were compensated. Additionally, the car was delivered without floor mats or a hat rack, and there was a small stone chip in the windshield that had not been disclosed beforehand. Communication was smooth and responsive before the purchase, but once the deal was completed, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service at a time when I actually needed support. On the delayed delivery day, I was told everything was ready and even received a confirmation call. However, upon arrival, they were unable to locate the documents, leaving me waiting for over an hour in uncertainty about whether I would receive the car or be delayed further. Overall, there was no compensation for the extra costs, wasted time, or missing items caused by their mistakes. This lack of accountability and post-sale support makes it difficult to recommend their service.
