Absolutely appalling and amateur behavior of the seller. If you happen to call someone, they promise to send you things so that you can arrange a loan with the leasing company, and despite several promises, they have not succeeded since December 29. The ad did not state that the car was repainted. When I wanted photos or video, again no response. Even to make it easier for me, my friend who is a native speaker contacted them. They promised him the same and sent absolutely nothing and didn't hear back at all. I ended up buying another car at the Audi car center in Dortmund - the complete opposite! Within an hour, I had all the information, even the ones I didn't ask for in the email, and everything was taken care of within two days.

Kommunikation war gut. Auf Grund der Entfernung zum Autohaus ein direkter Kontakt nicht möglich.

Fahrzeug wurde nicht als Unfallfahrzeug in der Anzeige deklariert. Erst mit der Vereinbarung eines Besichtigungstermins wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass ein größerer Schaden an der linken Fahrzeugseite grepariert wurde. Begründet wurde dies mit "einem Versehen" und dem Hinweis, dass das Fahrzeug in erster Linie für das Leasing vorgesehen ist und damit ein Vorschaden nicht relevant sei. Das Fahrzeug wurde aber zum VERKAUF angeboten! Das Fahrzeug wird nach wie vor ohne einen Hinweis auf Vorschäden angeboten.
