Mr Thomas was an absolute top professional – incredibly kind, patient, and full of valuable advice throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made us feel completely at ease. What really stood out was the warm welcome: he greeted us personally, offered us coffee, and even surprised our little son with a thoughtful gift, which made the visit extra special for the whole family.
