The whole process was very easy and streamlined. This was the first and only vehicle I have ever purchased a car outside of the United States and I was a bit confused by the Italian way of doing things. Documents to be signed etc.... but Alberto and Marika were very reassuring and patient with me and all my questions. I was very pleased with the process start to finished. After what I have already experienced with Italian Bureaucracy, I never knew buying a car in Italy could be so easy. Alberto even picked me up at the train station and gave me a ride to his dealership which I thought was very nice thing to do. The car was beautiful and spotless when I picked it up. We are very pleased with our purchase.
