We have been car dealers since 1989 and normally prefer to inspect every vehicle in person before buying. However, this time we had a larger order and a very tight deadline. One of the cars we needed was available at this dealership, and since we didn’t have time to travel and see it ourselves, we decided to do something we rarely do—buy the car over the phone. The team was extremely responsive and professional. They explained everything about the vehicle in detail and sent several videos the same day, which quickly gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. The transport company picked up the car two days later and delivered it to us. The vehicle arrived exactly as described—in perfect condition. Thank you for the professionalism, transparency, and correct attitude. We will definitely be happy to do business with you again in the future! 😊
