Il rivenditore, Alex, da veramente l' idea di una persona onesta, tant' è che mi ha sconsigliato l' auto perché sa che sono troppo pignolo, infatti l' auto nonostante fosse veramente bella ed a buon prezzo, aveva parecchi problemini secondari. Comunque da lui avevo già acquistato una Alpine V6 Turbo.

I had a very positive buying experience with AI Automobile. Alex is a friendly, honest and professional dealer. He arranged access to a government inspection station with a lift so that I could thoroughly inspect the car underneath before making my decision. The car matched the description in the advertisement very well, apart from a few minor issues which were reflected in a price reduction. After the purchase, Alex helped organise export plates to drive the car to Sweden, registration documents and a new set of tyres at a fair price, without charging for the additional time and effort involved. His administrator was excellent, responding quickly and carefully to all my questions, and other staff members were also very helpful and welcoming. Alex even invited me for dinner and made sure the car was fully prepared when I returned to Italy to collect it. The only minor downside was that Alex was sometimes difficult to reach by email. This is, however, completely understandable since he travels a lot and sometimes has difficulty finding time to answer his phone or via email. However, his administrator consistently provided prompt and detailed communication, so this never became a real problem. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction and would happily recommend AI Automobile.

Esperienza molto positiva con Alautomobile Nel tempo ho già acquistato più di un’auto da loro, ultima una Mercedes-Benz SLK 32 AMG, e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Disponibilità, correttezza e professionalità sono caratteristiche che oggi fanno davvero la differenza. Le auto sono ben presentate e conformi alle aspettative, e si percepisce la passione con cui vengono seguite.
